About Gopal
Gopal Ramasammy-Cook BSc Hons(RHODES), MSc (WITS), HED (UNISA) is a zestful creator, creativity coach and facilitator.
He is a former teacher, researcher, lecturer, software developer,
systems analyst, and director of a successful computer software development company.
His coaching, mentoring, facilitation, and training experience extends to individuals, company employees and executives, and collectively spans a period of over 20 years.
As a writer and teller of stories, who also creates pictures, poetry, cartoons, music, computer software, and web sites, he embraces both scientific and artistic perspectives in his coaching and facilitation practice. He lives with his wonderful wife and two great sons in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa.

Gopal was trained as a creativity coach by Dr Eric Maisel, originator of creativity and meaning coaching, and author of numerous books including Fearless Creativity, Creativity for Life, The Van Gogh Blues, and Coaching the Artist Within. He also received teaching, training, coaching, and mentoring from thought-leaders in creative facilitation, coaching and other personal, professional, team, and leadership development fields.
Gopal is a creativity writer and expert columnist for Entrepreneur Magazine, and is the author of Covered in Sun: Career-Creative Harmony for a Happy, Meaningful, and Prosperous Life. In addition, he continues to synthesize and distill the research, perspectives, insights, and wisdom of thinkers in such fields as innovation, change, creativity, meaning and transformation. This he does both for his own personal growth, and to enhance the personal and professional lives of his clients.
